Who we are
visperto (visperto.com) is a website that shows visa requirements and travel information. visperto is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at contact@visperto.com.
What we collect
You do not need an account to use visperto, and we do not ask for your name or email address. The countries you pick or type are sent to our servers so we can show you visa requirements, weather, exchange rates and local time.
Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
Cookies and similar technologies
Apart from the one cookie that remembers your choice, we only use cookies if you allow them. You decide separately for analytics and for marketing.

Before you choose, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode: it sets no cookies and does not use your data for advertising, but the Google tag can still receive basic technical data such as your IP address and the page you are on. The affiliate script is not loaded at all until you allow marketing cookies.
Why we may process your data
Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the applicable cookie rules). Operating and securing the website is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives data
Cloudflare hosts the site. If you allow analytics, Google receives analytics data (Google Privacy Policy). If you allow marketing, our affiliate partner receives the data needed to credit bookings. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction of, deletion of or a copy of your personal data, ask us to restrict its use, and object to it. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting what happened before. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. Write to contact@visperto.com.
